HEROPEAK初の国外からのお客様です。
HEROPEAK has received its first request from an overseas client.
ヒューズ切れ症状についてご自身で修理したものの、直らなかったためご依頼がございました。
The customer contacted us because they had attempted to repair the blown fuse themselves, but the problem was not resolved.
依頼品は電圧が100Vではなく220Vです！この辺も初めてなので確認しながら修理していきます。
The item you sent in has a voltage of 220V, not 100V! This is also my first time dealing with this, so I'll proceed with the repair while carefully checking everything.
ご自身で修理されたという基板を確認します。ご依頼人はコンデンサ等が故障している可能性を疑い、交換されたようです。
We will now examine the circuit board that the client attempted to repair themselves. It appears the client suspected that capacitors or other components were faulty and replaced them.
ただしHEROPEAKでは70台以上修理してきた中で、基板の故障は0件でした。そのため元の状態に付け直し、様子を見ていきます。
However, in the more than 70 units that HEROPEAK has repaired, there have been zero cases of circuit board failure. Therefore, we will reassemble it to its original state and monitor its performance.
左写真は部品を取りはずしたところです。赤丸部分はグラウンドが剥がれており、注意が必要でした。
The left photo shows the part after it has been removed. The area circled in red had a detached ground layer, so caution was needed.
中央の写真は元の部品を取り付けて、掃除もしました。
The center photo shows the original parts reinstalled and cleaned.
右写真は赤丸部分が通電しているか確認しているところです。問題なく元に戻りました。
The right photo shows the area circled in red being checked for power. Everything returned to normal without any problems.
次にヒューズ切れ原因の調査・修理のため、モーターを開きました。
Next, we opened the motor to investigate and repair the cause of the blown fuse.
コイルは綺麗でしたが、3カ所にショートが確認されました。
The coil was clean, but short circuits were found in three places.
その付近に汚れが溜まってショートしており、抵抗値に少しの違いが生じていました。その部分を修理し、元通りになりました。
Dirt had accumulated in that area, causing a short circuit and a slight difference in resistance. After repairing that section, it was restored to its original state.
コイルも全体的に汚れがありましたのでクリーニングを行いました（左が前、右が後）。
The coils were also dirty overall, so we cleaned them (left is before, right is after).
他にもモーターケースや端子台も掃除を行いました（写真略）。
We also cleaned the motor case and terminal block (photos omitted).
以上よりモーターを再度組みなおしたところ、正常に稼働することを確認できました。
After repairing various parts, I reassembled the motor and confirmed that it was working correctly.
今回、220V仕様のため昇圧トランスで確認します。偶然にも持っていたのでラッキーでした。
This time, since it's a 220V specification, I'll use a step-up transformer for testing. Luckily, I happened to have one on hand.
右写真が試運転の状況です。45gを連続で2回分、元気よく挽ききることができました。これから外装のテープも取り付けて、何度かコーヒー豆を挽いて問題ないか確認します。
The right photo shows the test run. It was able to easily grind 45g of coffee beans twice in a row. Next, the outer tape is attached, and coffee beans are ground a few more times to confirm that there are no problems.
初めての海外仕様のナイスカットミルでしたので、日本仕様と部品が異なっていました。
This was my first Nice Cut Mill with overseas specifications, so the parts were different from the Japanese version.
特に刃の場所が簡単に開けられないようになっています。
In particular, the area around the blade is designed to be difficult to open.
そのため写真の「磁石付きレンチ」を作成しました。気軽に掃除ができるようになります。使い終わったら裏面に張り付けてください。
Therefore, I created the "magnet-attached wrench" shown in the picture. This will make cleaning much easier. Please attach the magnet to the back when you're finished using it.
